Qualifications

• Georgia PE License required.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight of roadway design contracts and transportation programs.
• Serve as primary client contact, fostering trusted relationships and supporting long-term objectives.
• Manage program scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and performance across multiple projects.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and resources to ensure efficient project delivery.
• Monitor program performance metrics and implement strategies to improve delivery and client satisfaction.
• Lead project managers and technical leads in roadway, drainage, traffic, ROW, utility coordination, and construction support services.
• Support business development through capture planning, proposals, and client engagement.
• Identify and mitigate program risks while managing change and stakeholder expectations.
