Job summary

AAA Ohio Auto Club is seeking full-time Hybrid 2nd shift Dispatchers to join our team in Worthington, Ohio. Dispatchers coordinate road service calls, keep members informed during emergencies, and work with garages and drivers to ensure timely service.

Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent; dispatch or call center experience is a plus, along with strong customer service, communication, and basic typing skills. The role includes 40-hour weeks, some overtime, and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous dispatch or fast-paced call center experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and positive communication.
• Experience with dispatch or call center software.
• Knowledge of Franklin County routes and local geography.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch road service calls to emergency road service vehicles and operators from various facilities.
• Evaluate member requests for the quickest response.
• Communicate via messaging platforms and by phone with facilities and drivers.
• Able to use AAA dispatch systems and technology.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as needed.
• Adhere to a 40-hour workweek with overtime and weekend availability.
