Job summary

Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota, is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Primary Care Resource Team. This part-time role offers flexible remote and on-site work, with shifts Monday–Friday and 48 hours per pay period, supporting preventive care, immunizations, and virtual care services for pediatric and adult patients.

The RN will work across care settings, performing AWVs, immunizations, patient assessments, and care coordination while using EHRs and following nursing protocols.

Qualifications

• Current RN license meeting state requirements.
• Valid BLS certification required.
• Experience in healthcare team environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver nursing care and education.
• Conduct virtual and in-person AWVs and immunizations.
• Support SLIP sites and After Visit Care settings.
• Perform patient assessments via in-person, video, and phone.
• Utilize EHRs and nursing protocols to ensure safe care.
• Provide injections and pediatric/adult care, educate patients.
• Mentor staff and participate in quality improvement.
