Job summary

Mayo Clinic is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse to coordinate nursing care, educate patients and families, and support transitions of care. The RN will work within the Mayo Clinic Nursing Practice Model and may participate in quality improvement, mentoring, and committee work.

A state RN license, BSN preferred, and strong communication are required. This position features rotating 12-hour day/night shifts, weekend coverage as described, and eligibility for TN sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Current RN license by applicable state requirements.
• All entry-level RN positions require completion of an approved nursing program.
• One year of RN experience in an applicable care setting or Mayo Clinic experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team; flexible hours may be required.

• Coordinate nursing care, including direct patient care and family education.
• Support professional nursing practice across settings and the continuum of care.
