Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse with current license.
• Experience with OASIS reviews and home health quality processes preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Medicare requirements and coding basics.

Responsibilities

• Review OASIS assessments for accuracy and completeness.
• Conduct clinical audits and support QAPI initiatives.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve documentation and workflows.
• Maintain knowledge of home health and hospice regulations and coding practices.
• Educate staff on documentation requirements and regulatory updates.
• Develop and implement quality review protocols for data collection.
