McLean in Simsbury, CT is seeking a dedicated OASIS Quality Review RN to ensure the accuracy and completeness of OASIS assessments and support quality improvement initiatives. You'll review documentation for coding accuracy, collaborate with care teams, and stay current with home health regulations and Medicare requirements.

This role offers a hybrid remote schedule and part-time hours, with competitive hourly pay.

Formación

• Registered Nurse (RN) or other qualified clinical professional with experience in home health, hospice, or healthcare quality.
• Experience with QAPI programs or clinical auditing is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of home health and hospice regulations, Medicare requirements, and coding practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Effective cross-team communication and staff education abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct comprehensive reviews of OASIS assessments for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Perform clinical audits and participate in QAPI initiatives.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve documentation and workflows.
• Maintain current knowledge of relevant regulations and reimbursement guidelines.
• Support staff education on documentation, coding, and regulatory updates.
• Assist in development of quality review protocols.
