McLean Affiliates in Simsbury, CT is seeking a dedicated OASIS Quality Review RN to ensure accuracy of OASIS assessments, support QA initiatives, and maintain compliance with home health and hospice regulations.

In this hybrid, part‑time role (20 hours/week), you will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, review clinical documentation for coding accuracy, educate staff, and help develop quality review protocols while upholding patient care standards.

Qualifications

• RN or qualified clinical professional with relevant home health or hospice quality experience.
• Experience with QA, auditing, and performance improvement preferred.
• Working knowledge of Medicare requirements, reimbursement guidelines, and coding practices.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to educate staff on documentation standards.

Responsabilités

• Review OASIS assessments for accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance.
• Participate in QA and performance improvement initiatives to enhance care delivery.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve documentation practices and workflows.
• Maintain knowledge of home health/hospice regulations and Medicare requirements.
• Review diagnosis coding accuracy and support staff education on coding practices.
• Assist in developing quality review protocols for OASIS data collection.
