Job summary

Stubbe Case Management is seeking an experienced RN Field Nurse Case Manager to coordinate and manage the medical needs of individuals who have sustained a work-related injury. This hybrid role requires two-thirds field travel in the Great Bend/Hays, KS area and one-third from a home office, with flexibility for PT or FT arrangements.

Qualifications

• Active KS nursing licensure.
• Workers’ compensation, case management, or occupational health experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently in a community-based environment.

• Coordinate care with injured workers, employers, insurance carriers, and medical providers to facilitate return to work.
• Provide autonomous support with leadership backing to ensure timely and effective case management.
