Job summary

Stubbe Case Management is seeking an experienced RN Field Nurse Case Manager to coordinate and manage the medical needs of individuals who have sustained a work-related injury. This hybrid role requires two-thirds field travel in the Great Bend/Hays, KS area and one-third from a home office, with flexibility for PT or FT arrangements.

Stubbe Case Management is seeking an experienced RN Field Nurse Case Manager to coordinate and manage the medical needs of individuals/clients who have sustained a work‑related injury. The Case Manager uses their clinical knowledge, expertise, and leadership skills to partner with all stakeholders to facilitate the best possible outcome for the injured worker.

This is hybrid position comprised of 2/3 field travel in the Great Bend/Hays, KS area and 1/3 work from your home office. We can be flexible if the right candidate is looking for a PT or FT position.

What You’ll Do

Our case manager's partner closely with injured workers, employers, insurance carriers, and medical providers to coordinate care, eliminate barriers, and facilitate a successful return to work. This position provides autonomy with the backing of a strong Midwest leadership and clinical team.
