Job summary

Greene Resources is seeking a Relationship Manager in Raleigh, NC (Hybrid) to drive revenue through memberships and event sponsorships. The role requires building a strong prospect pipeline, managing renewals, and delivering partnerships with our client and sponsors.

A Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree is preferred, with a focus on communication and CRM expertise. The position is full-time with a 8:00am–5:00pm schedule, offering $45,000/year plus uncapped commission, and a hybrid work arrangement

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required.
• Excellent communication, verbal, written, and presentation.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Experience with CRM and fundraising software.
• Customer relationship skills and teamwork.
• Strong goal orientation and professional written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to increase revenue through memberships, upgrades, renewals, and event sponsorships.
• Independently generate and maintain a qualified sales pipeline through prospecting, referrals, and networking.
• Identify opportunities to upgrade memberships and partnerships.
• Manage assigned member renewals and outreach to past-due accounts.
• Sell event sponsorships and negotiate terms to meet revenue goals.
• Maintain relationships with prospects, members, investors, and sponsors with timely support.
• Deliver persuasive sales presentations to individuals and groups.
