Job summary

Schnucks Store Support Center seeks a Risk & Insurance Analyst to bridge risk strategy and execution. You will lead enterprise-wide claims, oversee RMIS data platforms, and support the insurance program lifecycle across Schnuck Markets banners.

The role requires collaboration with Legal, Finance, IT, and external vendors, with a learning period in-office before transitioning to a hybrid schedule. Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of related experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business Admin, Actuarial Science, or related field.
• 2+ years in corporate risk management, insurance claims handling, or related area.
• Familiarity with RMIS systems and contract review is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-level insurance claim management and recovery with TPAs and stakeholders.
• Oversee RMIS data, TCOR analysis, and provide executive reporting support.
• Function as owner for RMIS (Origami Risk) and carrier platforms; drive reporting and workflows.
