Job summary

Hunt Companies, Inc is seeking an Associate Claims and Risk Manager in Chicago to support risk management initiatives. The role focuses 50% on claims management and 50% on administering risk and insurance programs across multiple lines.

You will liaise with TPAs, brokers, insurers, and internal stakeholders, support RMIS, invoicing, and certificates of insurance, and generate reports on trends and loss drivers for leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4-6 years of property and casualty claims experience or corporate risk management.
• Knowledge of commercial insurance claims (property, GL, workers' comp, etc.).
• Experience with RMIS and data reporting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage claims processes from FNOL to resolution across multiple lines.
• Monitor reserves and outcomes; escalate high-severity claims.
• Provide guidance on reporting procedures and documentation requirements.
• Prepare recurring/ad hoc loss trend reports for stakeholders.
• Assist with renewals, audits, allocations, and certificates of insurance.
