Stella-Jones is seeking a Risk Analyst to support enterprise-wide insurance placement, claims oversight, and TCOR reporting. This individual contributor role requires discretion and collaboration with multiple teams across the company.

The position is hybrid, with three days per week in the Lenexa, KS office after training, and up to 10% travel to Stella-Jones locations in the US and Canada. A growth-oriented mindset is valued.

Formación

• : BA/BS in Finance, Business, Risk Management or related field.
• : One or more years of analyst-level experience with data interpretation and financial statement analysis.
• : Ability to understand complex processes in detail.
• : Excellent systems administration skills; programming knowledge a plus.
• : Advanced Excel user.
• : Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• : Strong written and verbal communication across company levels.
• : Travel up to 10% across US and Canada.

Responsabilidades

• : Collects and analyzes financial and operational data to improve underwriting results, loss expectations, and risk controls.
• : Designs RMIS workflows with Corporate Insurance Manager and Director of Risk Management.
• : Owns analysis and internal reporting of insurance premium costs, claims, and TCOR.
• : Performs claims oversight under supervision of Corporate Insurance Manager and Director of Risk Management.
• : Supports placement of enterprise-wide insurance policies and broker/ carrier relationships.
• : Performs other related duties within the risk management team.
