Job summary

Ingram Micro is seeking a Senior Risk Analyst to elevate risk management into a strategic, analytical function across global property and casualty programs, claims governance, and risk financing initiatives. You will work with finance, legal, and business leaders to improve data quality and deliver actionable insights.

With 8+ years in risk management and strong Excel and data analytics skills, you will drive renewal readiness, broker coordination, and governance for complex insurance programs

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in risk management or related technical environment.
• Strong knowledge of property and casualty insurance concepts, claims, renewal workflows.
• Ability to analyze complex information and communicate recommendations clearly.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and large data sets.
• Bachelor's degree in risk management, finance, accounting, business, economics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage global property and casualty insurance programs, renewals, data collection, coverage analysis, and broker coordination.
• Track claims, analyze loss trends, coordinate with brokers and carriers, and support governance of high-exposure matters.
• Develop risk management reports, dashboards, and analyses related to premiums, losses, deductibles, and risk financing.
• Support captive insurance feasibility, data gathering, actuarial coordination, documentation, and governance.
• Collaborate with finance, treasury, legal, operations, credit, and business leadership to gather risk data and support informed decisions.
