Job summary

East West Banking Corporation is seeking a Risk Management Analytics and Productivity Officer to join the Risk Management team in Taguig. You will design, develop, automate, and maintain dashboards, reports, and productivity tools to support risk management across multiple domains.

The role emphasizes data engineering, AI/ML, and analytics using Databricks, Power BI, SQL, Python, and Microsoft 365 tools, while ensuring governance and security standards. Hybrid work arrangement offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Quantitative Finance, Data Science, Computer Science, Accountancy, or related field.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in Risk Analytics, Data Analytics, BI, Risk Reporting, AI/ML solutions, workflow automation, or related areas.
• Proficiency in Databricks, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, Python, R, SQL, and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Experience with large datasets, automated reporting environments, data modeling, ETL/ELT, dashboards, and data visualization.
• Background in banking, financial services, regulatory reporting, or risk management is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and optimize automated data pipelines, workflows, and reporting solutions.
• Design scalable analytics and reporting solutions using Databricks, Power BI, SQL, Python, and MS 365 while ensuring governance and security.
• Leverage AI/ML and intelligent automation to streamline data collection, validation, reporting, and approvals.
• Perform data quality checks, reconciliations, and validation to ensure accuracy of risk data and analytics outputs.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including data dictionaries and governance artifacts.
• Support regulatory compliance, internal policies, and model governance through controls and risk reporting.
