Job summary

Stella-Jones is seeking a Risk Analyst in Lenexa, KS to support enterprise-wide insurance policies, claims oversight, and overall risk management. The role is hybrid, with three days per week in the Lenexa office after training, and up to 10% travel to Stella-Jones locations across the US and Canada.

The candidate will analyze financial and operational data to inform underwriting decisions, collaborate on RMIS workflows, and manage TCOR and cost allocations.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Finance, Business, Risk Management or related field.
• 1+ years of analyst-level data interpretation and financial statement analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills; ability to understand complex processes.
• Travel up to 10% across US/Canada.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to interact at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Collects and analyzes financial and operational data for underwriting decisions.
• Collaborates on RMIS workflow design and administration.
• Owns analysis and reporting of insurance cost allocation and TCOR.
• Performs claims oversight duties under insurance manager.
• Supports placement of enterprise-wide policies and broker relationships.
• Performs other related duties within risk management.
