Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a consultant to management by delivering projects and recommendations for improving risk practices.
  • Lead quantitative and qualitative risk analyses and programming support.
  • Lead ad hoc qualitative analyses and support new products/services and policy updates.
  • Analyze and evaluate risks affecting operations, performance, and strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify emerging risks and mitigation strategies.
  • Track risk indicators and communicate findings to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Develop risk reports and presentations for internal and System stakeholders.
  • Stay current with industry practices, regulatory requirements, and ERM trends.
  • Lead risk awareness training sessions and promote a strong risk culture.
