Job summary

Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City is seeking a risk analyst to drive risk assessment projects, produce actionable recommendations, and support the implementation of new risk programs. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of directly related education and/or experience.
• A background in risk, compliance or audit is preferred.
• Strong organization skills and relationship building are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a consultant to management by completing projects and preparing recommendations for improving current practices or implementing new programs in the Risk function.
• Lead qualitative and quantitative analyses to support programming and new products/services.
• Develop and update policies and procedures and deliver risk-focused recommendations to leadership.
• Analyze and evaluate risks affecting operations, performance, and strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify emerging risks and mitigation strategies.
• Track risk indicators and communicate findings to leadership and stakeholders.
