KeyBank is seeking a Sr. Risk Analyst within the Core Treasury Risk team to govern risk frameworks and oversee strategic risk initiatives. The role emphasizes influencing across the organization, building relationships, and delivering timely risk insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business management or related field; 5+ years of experience in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Manage risk across treasury receivables and fraud products; coordinate content and synthesize issues across products.
• Assist with internal/external audits, regulatory inquiries, examinations, and corrective actions.
• Partner with treasury product managers to understand risks and communicate mitigations to stakeholders.
• Lead client risk escalations, remediation, and future mitigation; provide feedback to Risk Management Leaders.
• Support governance of 1st Line of Defense risk management through reporting, KPIs, benchmarking, and cross‑functional forums.
• Identify process improvements and work with analytics/tech teams to implement automation.
