Astrana Health, Inc. is seeking a Risk Adjustment Coordinator in the Inland Empire region for a temporary, 3-month assignment with possible extension. The role blends home-based work with on-site travel to provider offices, requiring HIPAA compliance and data-protection discipline.

You will collect records from EMR systems, coordinate meetings, and generate reports while supporting CMS risk adjustment standards and provider collaboration.

Qualifications

• Must travel up to 50% of time.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment and show initiative.
• Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational, decision-making and multi-tasking abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and EZCAP.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve medical records onsite or via EMR for coders/audits/sweeps.
• Coordinate provider visits and internal/external meetings.
• Prepare reports for meetings on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis.
• Distribute E-Fax and respond to team emails/faxes.
• Organize data from external sources and maintain HIPAA confidentiality.
• Support risk adjustment activities and CMS standards.
