Job summary

Cambia Health Solutions is seeking a Risk Adjustment Campaign Associate to support risk adjustment campaigns across MA and Commercial lines. The role involves monitoring vendor performance, preparing reports, maintaining project documentation, and applying quality improvement techniques within a hybrid work setting.

Candidates should have a project support background in healthcare, and familiarity with EMR and contracts is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, healthcare, or related field and at least 2 years of experience in a project support role.
• Certificate or training in Project Management (a plus).
• CPC and CRC certification (a plus).

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily vendor performance against project schedule.
• Support preparation of project reports and presentations to management and client groups.
• Monitor project documentation for compliance with standards.
• Develop and maintain the project documentation library in project databases.
• Apply continuous quality improvement techniques to job responsibilities.
• Plan and manage small, well-defined projects or sub-projects.
• Retrieve medical records for MA and ACA campaigns via internal EMR access.
