Cambia Health Solutions is hiring a Risk Adjustment Campaign Associate for a hybrid role with 3 days in the office. The position supports Medicare Advantage and Commercial risk adjustment campaigns, coordinating with the Risk Adjustment operations team and cross-functional partners.

The role emphasizes project execution, documentation, and data-driven decision-making, with opportunities to improve processes and collaborate across leadership levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business, project management, healthcare, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Monitors daily vendor performance against project schedule.
• Supports preparation of project reports and presentations to management and client groups.
• Monitors project documentation for compliance with standards.
• Maintains the project documentation library and retention in project databases.
• Applies continuous quality improvement techniques to job responsibilities.
• Plans and manages small, well-defined projects under senior PM guidance.
• Retrieves medical records for MA and ACA campaigns via internal EMR access.
