Job summary

Cambia Health Solutions is seeking a Risk Adjustment Campaign Associate to join the Risk Adjustment operations team. The role supports Medicare Advantage and Commercial risk adjustment campaigns, handling day-to-day operations and EMR medical record retrieval for campaigns.

The hybrid role involves monitoring vendor performance, reporting to management, maintaining documentation, and driving quality improvements across campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare or related field with at least 2 years in a project support role.
• PM certificate is a plus.
• CPC and CRC certification are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily vendor performance against project schedule.
• Support preparation of project reports and presentations to management and clients.
• Monitor project documentation for standards compliance.
• Maintain the project documentation library for all records.
• Apply continuous quality improvement to duties.
• Plan and manage small projects or sub-projects as directed.
• Retrive medical records for MA/ACA campaigns via internal EMR as needed.
