Health Care Service Corporation seeks an analytics professional to support Risk Adjustment Execution & Enablement. You will work with medical records, claims, and eligibility data to deliver actionable reporting and insights, creating datasets and reports for analysis using system tools.

You will collaborate with customers, partners, and internal teams to interpret trends and drive strategic initiatives in a hybrid, 3-in-office/2-remote setup in Chicago, IL or Richardson, TX.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree and 4 years of analytical experience in relationship management or analytics OR 9 years of analytical experience in relationship management or analytics.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements for information-related strategies.
• Experience solving complex problems and deriving insights from data sources.

Responsibilities

• Create reports, insights, and analytics to support the division.
• Develop specifications for reports based on business needs.
• Produce datasets and reports for analysis using system reporting tools.
• Interface with business, data teams, stakeholders, and vendors to manage healthcare data flows.
