Job summary

Cambia Health Solutions is seeking a Risk Adjustment Campaign Associate to support Medicare Advantage and Commercial risk adjustment campaigns. You will work with the Risk Adjustment operations team on day-to-day activities, assisting with EMR records retrieval and performance tracking to ensure accurate submissions.

In this hybrid role, you’ll collaborate with multiple stakeholders, manage small projects, and leverage AI tools to improve decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or related field with 2+ years in a project support role.
• Experience with healthcare projects and ability to manage small projects.
• Knowledge of project management methods and ability to interpret SOWs and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Monitors daily vendor performance against project schedule.
• Supports preparation of project reports and presentations to management and clients.
• Monitors project documentation for compliance with standards.
• Develops and maintains the project documentation library.
• Applies continuous quality improvement techniques to job responsibilities.
• May plan and manage small projects or sub-projects under senior PMs.
• May retrieve medical records for campaigns based on production goals.
