You will partner with Sales, Account Strategy, and AdOps to provide data-driven insights for proposals and campaign optimization. The role emphasizes day-to-day campaign operations, inventory forecasting, pricing and margin review, and post-campaign analysis; hybrid schedule with in-office 3x a week in Des Moines and up to 2 remote

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training/experience.
• 1+ years analytics experience in digital advertising, media, marketing, or ad tech.
• Proficient with Excel, Doubleclick, Google Ad Manager, Looker, Salesforce, and Order Management Systems.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with Sales, Account Strategy and AdOps to support proposals and campaign optimization.
• Forecast inventory, review pricing and margins, and manage post-campaign analysis.
• Provide data-driven insights to support proposals and KPIs.
• Monitor campaigns and ensure proper setup and delivery vs. reporting.
• Lead data analysis projects to drive revenue growth and process improvements.
• Mentor junior analysts.
