Truman Medical Centers in Kansas City, MO, seeks a Revenue Integrity Analyst to support accurate charging for patient services and supplies. The role is hybrid, 8:00AM–4:30PM, 40 hours/week, reporting to Revenue Integrity.

You will review the CMS Charge Description Master and oversee the APC program, providing training and consultation across departments. Requires a bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent, and RHIA/RHIT/CCS/CCS-P/CPC or CPC-H certifications.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent required.
• Certification RHIA/RHIT/CCS/CCS-P/CPC or CPC-H required or preferred.
• Experience auditing medical procedure codes for accuracy and completeness.
• Minimum of three years in a health care setting, preferably large acute care.
• Extensive knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid guidelines for compliance.
• Experience training groups and communicating with multiple departments.
• Ability to collect and analyze cost data and prepare reports.

Responsabilidades

• Manages revenue integrity process to ensure accurate and timely changes are captured.
• Performs duties related to compliance for charging patient services and supplies.
• Reviews Charge Description Master for completeness and to establish charges.
• Oversees APC program by implementing changes and staff education.
• Provides consultation to departments and entities; work received by Manager.
