Job summary

Truman Medical Center is seeking a Revenue Integrity Analyst to join our Revenue Integrity team in a hybrid role in Kansas City, MO. The analyst will manage the revenue integrity process, audit coding accuracy, and ensure timely changes are captured for patient services and supplies.

The ideal candidate has a business degree, professional coding certifications, and at least three years in a healthcare setting, with strong knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid guidelines and the ability to train large

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent experience.
• Certifications: RHIA, RHIT, CCS, CCS-P, CPC, or CPC-H.
• Experience auditing medical procedure codes for accuracy and completeness.
• Minimum of three years in a health care setting, preferably at a large acute care facility.
• Extensive knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid guidelines for compliance.
• Experience facilitating and training large and small groups; ability to train one-on-one.
