Job summary

Buyers Edge Platform, LLC is hiring a Data Validation Analyst to ensure the accuracy and integrity of high-volume revenue data across Salesforce and Data Manager. You will perform validation, QA, auditing, and reconciliation to support reliable customer payments.

The role requires experience with large datasets, MySQL, and data quality processes; you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve data controls. Hybrid role in New London, CT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience with databases, large datasets, data validation, data quality, or related analytics.
• Experience with data quality assurance, validation, auditing, or reconciliation.
• Experience querying and analyzing data using MySQL or similar relational databases.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Excel; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform data validation and quality assurance on high-volume MAP Revenue data loaded into Salesforce and Data Manager.
• Audit data to ensure records are accurately loaded and incorporated into downstream payment processes.
• Validate Salesforce Data Tracking Records for revenue data processing.
• Use data mining, querying, and analysis to identify discrepancies and quality issues.
• Investigate data issues, identify root causes, and coordinate resolution before customer payments.
• Collaborate with Customer Payments to resolve data or payment discrepancies.
• Load and manage data files in Data Manager to support MAP Revenue processing.
• Develop and improve data validation and audit processes for accuracy and efficiency.
• Understand data lifecycle across source files, internal systems, Salesforce, and payments.
• Communicate findings and risks clearly to stakeholders.
