Job summary

Addepar is seeking a Lead (Manager) for Data Validation to oversee a team responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data during onboarding. You will manage daily workflows, maintain data quality across projects, and act as the primary liaison between Data Validations and cross-functional partners.

This role is largely non-client-facing, requiring focus, consistency, and comfort with repetitive data work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a data-oriented field.
• 3+ years of experience in data validation, financial operations, data quality assurance, or related field.
• 1+ year of people leadership or team coordination experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with a track record of accuracy in high-volume data environments.
• Excellent communication skills to guide and influence across teams.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, internal tools, and web-based platforms.
• Familiarity with financial data is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Data Validation Specialists, supporting career development and delivering feedback.
• Manage a team’s work allocation, prioritization, and execution for on-time, high-quality delivery.
• Review and audit data validation projects to ensure adherence to standards and best practices.
• Drive process improvements to increase data occurrence, reduce turnaround time, and enhance scalability.
• Develop and maintain documentation, templates, and SOPs for data validation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Client Solutions, Product, and Engineering to deliver integrated solutions.
• Foster a team culture of collaboration, learning, and client success.
