Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a QA Analyst or Software Tester role, ideally within a SaaS environment.
• Strong ability to create detailed bug reports and testing documentation.
• Familiarity with testing both admin and end-user levels.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute manual and automated test cases for features across three portals.
• Perform thorough testing at admin and end-user levels.
• Document defects using Jira with clear reproduction steps.
