Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of payment posting experience in a healthcare environment.
• Experience reviewing EOBs and reconciling postings.
• Proficiency with Excel and billing systems essential.

Responsabilités

• Post a high volume of payments to patient accounts and payer payments.
• Review and validate EOBs for correct reimbursement and identify discrepancies.
• Reconcile daily cash activity and ensure batches balance to deposits.
• Update Excel reconciliation spreadsheets and support month-end reporting.
• Process financial adjustments including refunds, voids, and contract adjustments.
