Job summary

Core Clinical Partners seeks a Cash Posting Coordinator to lead daily posting of insurance and patient payments, ensuring accurate application and balance reconciliation. The role supports process improvement, rule management, and cross-functional collaboration.

The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years in healthcare revenue cycle with experience in 835/ERA processing and credit balance management. Hybrid work arrangement is available with in-office presence required.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of healthcare revenue cycle or cash posting experience.
• Experience with automated cash posting, 835/ERA processing, and posting-rule configuration.
• Experience with credit balance management and payer reconciliation.
• Ability to lead and train team members on posting and reconciliation.
• Strong attention to detail and data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and perform accurate posting of payments to patient accounts.
• Monitor daily cash posting activity and reconcile cash balances.
• Lead credit balance review and determine resolutions.
• Develop and maintain cash posting rules; test changes with IT.
• Provide guidance and training to team on complex issues.
