Job summary

H. T. PROF Group seeks a Revenue Cycle & Financial Systems Manager to lead IT and healthcare revenue/operational systems initiatives. Hybrid work in Gratiot, OH with direct-hire duties, overseeing project life cycles and cross-functional teams.

You will manage system selection, implementation, and training, while ensuring quality and timely delivery in a dynamic healthcare environment. A strong background in MS Project and Office is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4 years project management experience.
• Five years of information systems experience with healthcare revenue/fin system exposure.
• Strong personnel and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee revenue cycle and financial/operational system projects from design to implementation.
• Supervise daily operations of registration, scheduling and billing system teams.
• Plan schedules, monitor performance, and educate staff.
• Coordinate cross-team activities to deliver integrated services to clients.
• Ensure high quality deliverables and risk management throughout the project life cycle.
