Job summary

Sora Resource Group is partnering with a Forbes top 100 hospital in Gratiot, OH to fill the role of Revenue Cycle & Financial Systems Manager. The position combines IT and healthcare revenue cycle responsibilities with leadership over system projects from design to go-live.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in information systems or related field with 4+ years of project and ERP/system experience, including Epic.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4 years project management experience.
• Five years of information systems experience and three years of healthcare revenue cycle, financial and operational systems experience.
• Strong personnel management, project management, information systems project skills and technology management experience.
• Strong oral/written communication skills and customer service skills.
• Experience with system selection, acquisition, and implementation projects.
• Experience with process redesign and re-engineering methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage revenue cycle and financial/operational system projects from analysis to implementation and support.
• Supervise daily operations of revenue cycle system teams and related departments.
• Plan and manage team schedules, monitor performance, and educate staff.
• Ensure system configuration and integrated design alignment with project plans.
• Provide weekly status reports and project governance updates.
• Apply Epic experience to team tasks and deliverables.
• Coordinate with clients and project managers for seamless service delivery.
