We Do The Search is seeking a Revenue Cycle & Financial Systems Manager to lead IT and healthcare finance system projects in Gratiot, OH. The role combines system analysis, design, implementation, and ongoing support across revenue cycle workflows.

This full-time, hybrid position requires extensive experience in information systems within a healthcare setting, strong leadership abilities, and excellent communication with stakeholders and teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4 years project management experience.
• Five years of information systems experience and a minimum of three years of healthcare revenue cycle, financial and operational systems and enterprise systems experience.
• Strong personnel management, project management, information systems project skills and technology management experience.
• Strong oral/written communication skills and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manages and directly participates in the management of revenue cycle and financial/operational system projects across the system life cycle.
• Supervises daily operations of revenue cycle and non-clinical departmental system teams.
• Plans and manages day-to-day activities including prioritization of team tasks and meetings.
• Ensures integration of system configuration and project quality standards.
• Develops weekly status reports to the Project Director.
