Hyatt Hotels Corporation seeks a Revenue Analyst to join our Revenue Management Team. This hybrid role is based in the Miami/Broward area of Florida and focuses on optimizing hotel revenue across market segments.

Responsibilities include developing forecasts and pricing strategies, monitoring RevPAR Index and market share, and collaborating with hotel operations, sales, and leadership to drive profitable growth.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of experience in Reservations, Operations or Finance.
Minimum of 2 years of experience with Excel and related data management systems.
High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

Analyze market trends, demand patterns, and competitive performance to identify revenue opportunities.
Develop and maintain accurate forecasts, pricing strategies, and revenue optimization plans.
Produce and interpret reports that evaluate business performance and support strategic decision-making.
Monitor and drive RevPAR Index, market share, and total revenue performance.
Collaborate with hotel operations, sales, and leadership teams to execute revenue strategies.
Support package and non-package pricing initiatives to maximize profitability.
Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to hotel team members on revenue management best practices.
Recommend strategic actions based on performance analysis, industry trends, and market conditions.
