The Revenue Analyst is a strategic, data-driven professional responsible for supporting and optimizing hotel revenue performance across all market segments. This role oversees key revenue management functions, analyzes business trends, and develops actionable insights that drive revenue growth, market share, and profitability.
Working closely with the Regional Revenue Director or Cluster Director, the Revenue Analyst produces and interprets reports that evaluate business strategies, identify opportunities, and maximize total hotel revenue while improving RevPAR Index performance. The position leverages market intelligence, forecasting, pricing, and demand analysis to recommend optimal revenue strategies for both package and non-package business.
The successful candidate combines strong analytical capabilities with a collaborative leadership approach, partnering with hotel teams to educate, mentor, and support revenue-focused decision-making. Through effective communication and data-driven recommendations, the Revenue Analyst helps ensure alignment between revenue strategies and overall hotel business objectives.

The hourly rate range for this position is $35/hour-$37/hour.
The final pay rate offered to the successful candidate will depend on experience, skill level, and other qualifications for the role, as well as the location of the performance of work. Pay for the successful candidate will meet local requirements, including the local minimum wage rate.
