Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant experience may substitute.
• 4+ years in cost accounting, project accounting, or related project-based finance.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounting analyses, reconciliations, and recurring financial deliverables.
• Investigate discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
• Identify financial risks and inconsistencies in accounting records and program financial data.
• Evaluate costs, margins, and forecasts to support decision‑making.
• Maintain ledger integrity, close processes, and financial reporting.
• Collaborate with Program Managers and Program Controls to align reporting with execution.
• Assess financial implications of program activities and customer commitments.
• Serve as liaison between Finance, PM, and Program Controls for accurate information.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
