Job summary

Lyntris, a defense technology firm, seeks a Technical Recruiter in Falls Church, VA to own full-cycle recruitment for highly technical roles. You will partner with hiring managers and technical leaders to craft candidate profiles, source aggressively, and maintain multiple pipelines in a high-demand environment.

You will manage offers, negotiations, and candidate experience while ensuring compliance with security clearances and company policies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with significant experience in technical talent.
• Proven ability to manage a high volume of concurrent requisitions.
• Strong passive sourcing and talent pipeline development.
• Experience using ATS and recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Clearance Jobs, Dice, etc.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate with hiring managers and technical leaders.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for a high volume of concurrent technical positions.
• Prioritize requisitions based on business needs, urgency, and role complexity.
• Partner with managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles.
• Develop sourcing strategies to identify active and passive candidates.
• Build multiple talent pipelines and maintain momentum across searches.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to hiring managers and maintain candidate records.
• Communicate progress, metrics, and market conditions to stakeholders.
• Represent Lyntris to candidates and manage offers through acceptance.
