Qualifikationen

• Associates degree or higher preferred; experience may substitute.
• Proficient in Deltek and Microsoft Office; strong accounting basics.
• Experience with project billing and revenue recognition a plus.

Aufgaben

• Prepare invoices and record general ledger transactions.
• Maintain invoicing and project records.
• Reconcile project records to the accounting database.
• Manage consultants' Purchase Orders and distributions to related parties.
• Communicate with payables departments of clients.
• Support month-end close and revenue procedures.
• Assist with annual audit schedules.
• Collaborate with management to optimize workflows.
