Job summary

Tundra Technical Solutions is seeking an Investment Financial Consultant to support retirement plan participants through personalized financial guidance and retirement planning conversations. This role operates in a hybrid environment, engaging participants virtually while partnering with experienced advisors to deliver exceptional client experiences.

The position offers structured training, clear career progression, and licensing support, with opportunities to advance into senior advisory roles

Qualifications

• Active Series 7 and Series 63 (or ability to obtain within designated timeframe).
• 1-3 years of experience in financial services, banking, wealth management, or investment services.
• Strong client-facing communication skills.
• Interest in retirement planning and investment consulting.
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust through virtual consultations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual meetings with retirement plan participants to discuss financial goals and retirement readiness.
• Educate clients on available retirement plan options, investment solutions, and account features.
• Identify planning opportunities and make appropriate recommendations based on client needs.
• Assist participants with account servicing, transactions, and implementation of investment solutions.
• Develop a strong understanding of retirement planning concepts, investment products, and financial planning strategies.
• Collaborate with senior advisors and internal partners to deliver comprehensive client support.
• Maintain regulatory compliance while providing a high-quality client experience.
• Build relationships that deepen participant engagement and financial confidence.
