Job summary

CBIZ is seeking a Retirement Plan Administrator to serve as the primary contact for a block of clients, ensuring overall satisfaction and timely service delivery. The role involves compliance testing, 5500 preparation, and allocations for employer contributions.

You will respond to sponsor inquiries, collaborate with internal teams, and participate in client meetings to provide value-added, accurate information and improved operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required with at least three years of retirement plan administration and compliance experience.
• Familiarity with industry laws, regulations, and professional standards is expected.
• Proficiency in MS Office and travel/communication tools is required.
• Pursuing QPA or QKA designations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for a block of business and ensure client satisfaction.
• Perform compliance testing and prepare Form 5500 and schedules.
• Prepare allocations for employer contributions and distributions like RMDs and QDROs.
• Respond to plan sponsors with professional, timely communications.
• Collaborate with internal partners to deliver accurate information and resolve issues.
• Attend client meetings and prepare meeting materials.
