Job summary

CBIZ, Inc. is seeking an experienced Retirement Plan Administrator to manage a defined block of client business. You will ensure client satisfaction, perform compliance testing, and prepare required Form 5500 filings and schedules.

The role requires collaboration with internal teams to resolve issues and maintain high service levels. Preferred candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree and have 3+ years of retirement plan administration experience, with strong communication skills and MS Office

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma or GED acceptable with experience.
• Proven knowledge of retirement plan administration and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of an organization.
• Proficient with MS Office; familiarity with Concur and Skype helps.
• Ability to travel as necessary and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Primary contact for a block of business and ensure client satisfaction.
• Perform compliance testing and prepare Form 5500 and schedules.
• Reconcile assets and allocate employer contributions; calculate distributions.
• Address inquiries on tax reporting (5500, 5330) and IRS guidelines.
• Assist with client meetings and materials; support service goals.
