Tailored Management is seeking a Customer Advocate for the Defined Benefits/Risk Income Solutions (RIS) Department in Warwick, RI. The role involves inbound calls about retirement products and processing updates with strict data handling and privacy.

The position starts with onsite training in Warwick, then transitions to remote work with onsite requirements; candidates must maintain some in-office presence each month.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of customer service or call center experience.
• Financial services experience strongly preferred.
• 1–3+ years of experience with Windows-based operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls regarding defined benefit annuities, Group Annuity Contracts, and pensions.
• Explain policy details, payments, account status, and retirement information clearly.
• Process account maintenance requests (Direct deposit changes, address changes, beneficiary updates, death notifications).
• Assist customers through the claims process.
• Explain complex financial information in an easy-to-understand way.
