Job summary

LEGO in Thornton, CO is seeking a store team member to support the Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager by supervising Sales Associates, assisting with scheduling, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

You will manage stockroom organization, merchandising, money handling, and ordering supplies while upholding LEGO policies. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement with roughly three days in the office and benefits.

Qualifications

• Assist ASM and SM in scheduling
• Supervise Sales Associates during shift
• Process store and office supply orders
• Ensure money handling procedures are followed
• Maintain organized stockroom and merchandise presentation

Responsibilities

• Assist the ASM and SM in maintaining holiday, attendance, and team scheduling
• Effectively supervise Sales Associates during the shift, dealing with potential issues appropriately and in line with LEGO policies and procedures, with the ASM and SM's support
• Complete orders for store and office supplies in line with guidelines and operating budgets
• Ensures money handling procedures are followed by all Sales Associates
• Ensures a well-organized stockroom is maintained at all times and that all available products are merchandised on the shop floor and loss prevention targets are achieved
• Assists the ASM and SM in achieving a high standard of merchandise presentation following store guidelines
