Qualifications

• Maintains holiday, attendance, and team scheduling.
• Supervises Sales Associates during shifts in line with LEGO policies and procedures.
• Completes orders for store supplies within guidelines and operating budgets.
• Ensures money handling procedures are followed by all Sales Associates.
• Maintains an organized stockroom and ensures products are merchandised on the shop floor; supports loss prevention targets.
• Assists in achieving high standards of merchandise presentation following store guidelines.
