Job summary

• Support initiatives to improve productivity and sales.
• Partner with Marketing to coordinate retail promotions.
• Assist with customer service escalations to protect brand.
• Develop and implement operational best practices.
• Work with Retail Director on store reporting.
• Collaborate with HR to ensure staffing levels.
• Ensure safety and security protocols are followed.
