Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to optimize offerings, forecast performance, and deliver results. We value analytical, commercially driven leaders who mentor others in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in retail buying, category management, merchandising, or procurement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute category strategies to grow sales and margin.
• Manage product assortment, pricing, promotions, and merchandising plans.
• Analyze sales, margin, and market data to identify opportunities.
• Lead vendor negotiations and joint business plans.
• Mentor junior Commercial team members.
