Accendra Health is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist to provide home-based respiratory care, equipment setup, patient education, and clinical support for patients in their homes. You’ll report directly to the Branch Manager, collaborating with Coordinators, RTs, Techs, and clinical leaders.

This hybrid role blends branch and field work, offering autonomy and meaningful patient interaction as you help patients transition from hospital to home and ensure safe, effective use of respiratory

Qualifications

• Registered Respiratory Therapist with active Utah RT license.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license; personal vehicle; mobile technology and documentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Conduct home visits to set up oxygen, CPAP/BiPAP, and ventilation equipment.
• Educate patients and caregivers on equipment use, cleaning, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Assess patient needs, document care delivered, and escalate as needed.
• Respond to hospital discharge requests and support same-day patient needs.
• Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and branch teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation using iPad/laptop.
• Ensure all actions meet regulatory and safety standards.
